i have recently came up a new comic project to work on as my main projects called "Mutio!~Amisca's Adventures" Based on the very popular charater, Mutio on Blue Submarine No.6, only this is set up on a different universe.

The History: In this comic, the WW2 or World War 2 was far more deadly and destructive than in real life, nearly wiping 60% of the the human population in both the New World and Old World countries, including the U.S.A., causing large populations of people ot split into smaller ones. But there are no animal extinctions due to war focusing entirely on people. When the war ended, the scattered populations either died out or survived and evolved...rapidly. When the lands recovered, the humans have discovered about 6 new human sub-species from around the globe, 3 total on each world. Because they have recently evolved and are already rare, the government have put all the human sub-species on Endangered Species List and this allows both human and the sub-humans to understand eachother and offer hands in friendship, even marriage, under the condition the couple don't parent hybrid children.

Mutios or Homo Sapiens Mutious
A human sub-species that completely looks like the Blue sub. No.6 charater of the same name. The only differences that they have all natural human hair colors instead of light grey, they have belly buttons to show that like mammals and humans, they give live birth, the pinkish "wing" are actually enlarged
extensions of skin from the breast bones with lots of blood veins which dyes the hair on the "wings" pinkish which is a form of sexual dimorphism in females, they also have multible eye colors like their homo sapiens cousins, and like us, they are air-breathers like us, only they can stay under water up to 30 mins or in longer periods, they have a full coat of waterproof fur which keeps them warm. They are semi-aquatic or amphibious, though they prefer to stay on land, they live in south of north, most of central and south americas and in the atlantic. they can talk in both human language and dolphin language whom they can domesticate as part-time pets, in both land and sea, due to a special false palate similar to crocodilians and due to having fur, they like to go around entirely or partially naked which is not exactly illegal in their case and they are good crafters and reuse old waste such as abandoned scuba gear which can be fixed.
